Spend a day in PEVA PARK! Enjoy contact with nature in a wonderful park with views of the giant Arenal Volcano. Walk the jungle trails, visit the lava flows from 2010, 1968 and 1535, and relax in the water activities of Laguna Tabacón, where you will have Kayaks, Paddle Boards and swimming vests.
Explore the covered trails of the forest and discover the diversity of nature, throw yourself from our cable for Tarzan Swing.

Niños: 20% discount for ages 5 to 11 on the adult price. Children under 4 years old free.
It is essential to present identification at the park ticket offices to validate this promotion.
What does it include?
- Panoramic view of the Arenal Volcano from its slopes and different flows over the years.
- 100 hectares of tropical forest surrounding our lagoon and main trails.
- Entrance to the volcanic lava trails, with more than 8 km of trails to discover, divided into three trails with different difficulties for your enjoyment.

Lava trails from 1535:
Approximately 1.5 hours of walking. Our most demanding trail for adventure lovers where you will find a challenge in the middle of the rainforest of the Arenal Volcano, with a 2.5 kilometer route; It is located in the lava flow closest to the main road, it is very old between the years 1515 and 1535, we will find a spectacular and unique transition forest as if taken from the Jurassic Park.
This trail will give you an idea of what our territory looked like when it was just a set of islets with volcanic activity and some primitive forests. Marked by pink.
Lava trails from 2010:
Tourist class trail 1 hour walk, starts from the Laguna Tabacón base with a distance of 2 kilometers, very comfortable and with space for groups of all ages, with sightings of flora and fauna of the tropical rainforest and reaching a height of 620 masl. And with access to the highest point and closest to the majestic Arenal Volcano, on a lava flow from the period 1975 -2010, our clients will enjoy impressive views, with the Arenal Lake in the background and the Arenal Volcano in front. This trail is marked with the color blue.
Zaino Trails, blue and gray trail connection:
As its name indicates, this trail is visited by this peculiar mammal. The zaino, a small trail that connects the gray trail with the blue that is the 2010 lava trail, barely 300 meters long, with space for introductory talks and open sky with the view of the Arenal Volcano in the middle of its forest, makes that we have a reference point to our goal, the lava flow of 2010.
Trails of the lazy Laguna Tabacón and coladas 2010:
If you want to have an adventure and direct contact with nature and also be relaxed at the same time with the view of our green lagoon, this is the trail to choose, since it has a very entertaining route to the naturalist’s eye. With its 3 kilometers of distance we ensure the enjoyment of a clean forest path full of aquatic and terrestrial fauna, highly recommended for observing unique birds, the 100% natural path has access to cooling off and swimming in its waters, in addition to diving on a rope like Tarzan himself. It also connects with the lava flows of 2010 and is demarcated with the color gray.
Guapote sport fishing and release tour:
We offer 2 hours of guapote fishing, with the best view of the Arenal volcano. We have special kayaks for fishing, rods and lures. We include the instructor guide, a thermos of coffee or soft drink, and a snack after fishing. In addition, entry to the Ecological Park is included in the rate.
The tour includes transportation, PEVA equipment tickets and guide. Recommendations: bring repellent and a change of clothes.
