This website is for information about the park and its experiences. Its content, including texts, photographs, videos and logos, belongs to the park.
Please use the website lawfully and in good faith. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, or copy or reuse its content without the park's permission.
Bookings and rates
Bookings are made through Peek, a third-party booking platform. Peek's own terms apply to the purchase and the payment.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), as published on each product page. They may change, and the price at the time you book is the one that applies.
Cancellations and changes
Park Entrance: you can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit. After that, 100% of the price is charged.
For every other experience, the conditions shown on its product page and in Peek at the time of booking apply.
Rules for your visit
These general rules apply to everyone who visits the park, whatever the package.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times (and wear a muzzle if they are a large breed).
- The park is smoke-free: no cigarettes, cigars or vapes.
- Alcohol is not allowed.
- Do not take, damage or bring in plants or animals, and do not feed wildlife.
- Speakers and amplified music are not allowed.
- Pack out your waste: whatever you bring in leaves with you.
- Wear closed shoes on all the trails.
Safety and responsibility
The park is natural volcanic terrain. Each visitor is responsible for assessing their own fitness before a walk or activity, and for following the signs and the instructions of the guides.
Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, and the weather can change conditions on the day of your visit.

This website links to or uses third-party services: Peek for bookings, WhatsApp for messages and Google Maps for maps. Each has its own terms and privacy policy, and the park does not control them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the park is not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of this website, from the content or services of third parties, or from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
